3. Unexpressed anger or hate over the success of a colleague- an emotion that are not expressed openly leads to trash talk behind about your colleague. A mouth trasher when a particular colleague is in front of him/her behaves and creates praises about the goodness and contribution to a team but when he/she is away then his/her bad mouth starts to operate. This is a feeling of jealousy and envy toward the success of other people.

5. Instructing a member of a team not to take any load from anyone including his/ her seniors to destabilize the function of another colleague.
The bad mouth of an Ass Ho creates division in a team, every time the other colleague went-out of their office then a mouth trasher starts to talk counting the time of the person for not being in the office. This kind of person must be counselled or eliminated in a team straight-away. The atmosphere this person creates is likely having a knife or a dagger at the back that ready to stab you anytime soon.
