  • Recent three months original stamped bank statements showing your salary being deposited regularly. Online bank statement is not acceptable. Salary Slips/Pay Slips cannot replace the bank statement but can be used as supporting documents. The Embassy/Consulate is not requiring minimum amount in the bank but the money in the account should reflect your capability to support your travel to South Korea.
  • A copy of the travel itinerary such as a round-trip ticket and hotel reservation. For ticket do not book until your visa is approved by the embassy. For hotel, please book the refundable fares so that you can refund your payment in case your visa got denied. • Original Passport valid for more than 6 months and has more than two empty pages, and a passport copy in A4 size.

Possessing all the required documents does not guarantee a visa and depends on their screening procedure. If you have been to Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development or OECD countries there is a possibility that your application will be granted immediately.

Appointment is not required and if your documents are ready, you must submit your application in person to the nearest Embassy/Consulate. Applications submitted by courier service will not be accepted by the Embassy/Consulate.
